Capital & cross-border growth

Every round is a constellation.

Founders, investors and markets are points far apart. We prepare the company and draw the lines between them, wherever the capital is.

It starts with one founder and an ambition bigger than the market they began in.

New York, London, Dubai, Singapore, Zürich, Milano: the capital is spread out. The route to it should not be.

Capital and growth, across borders.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Write to us.

Do you raise capital on my behalf?

No. We prepare you and introduce you to suitable investors under a written mandate. Adaxit does not provide investment services and makes no public offers.

How much does it cost to work with Adaxit?

Each engagement is scoped to your goal. The fee is fixed, and you have it in writing before we start.

Do you work with pre-seed startups?

Yes, as long as there is a team and a clear problem to solve. The readiness test will show you where to start.

Can public money pay for the consulting?

Often, yes. In Italy, programmes such as SIMEST and Smart&Start can cover consulting costs. We check eligibility before any mandate is signed.

Which markets do you cover?

We work internationally, in six languages, with founders, SMEs and investors from any country.

The capital is out there. Let’s draw the line to it.
