Getting your files
After you pay, Gumroad opens the download page straight away and emails you a receipt with the same link. The link doesn’t expire, so you can come back to it whenever you need the files again.
No email? It’s probably sitting in spam or in the promotions tab. If it isn’t, go to gumroad.com/library and sign in with the email you bought with. Everything you’ve bought from us is listed there.
Formats
Spreadsheets come as Excel files, the deck as PowerPoint and the guides as PDF. The investor CRM also has a Notion version, with the steps to import it.

Every language comes in the same download. You don’t have to choose at checkout.
Receipts and invoices
Gumroad emails a receipt for every purchase. If you need an invoice with your company’s name and VAT number, use the link in the receipt to add those details, or write to us and we’ll help.
If something doesn’t work
These are files you download straight after paying, so purchases are final. If a file won’t open, has a mistake or doesn’t do what the page says, write to us. We’ll send you a corrected file, and if we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.
Updates
Every file carries its edition date. When we update a tool, the new version replaces the old one behind the same download link, at no extra cost.
Payments
Payments go through Gumroad, which handles the checkout, the receipt and the VAT. We never see your card details.
Using the files
Use them in your own company or companies, and share them with your co-founders and team. What we ask is that you don’t resell them or put them online for anyone to download.
