Adaxit is a boutique led by its founder, Cassio Thiengo. We work with a small network of partners and independent professionals across Europe. If you want to join it, here is how it works.
Who we look for
Three ways to work with us.

Referral partners
You are an accountant, a startup lawyer, an incubator or an accelerator, and you meet founders and SMEs who want to raise money or grow abroad.

Independent specialists
You build financial models, design pitch decks, handle cross-border legal or tax work, or translate. We hire you per project, with the scope in writing.

Internships
You study business, finance or economics and want to see a fundraising or a market entry up close. Remote, or with us in Milan.
It’s for you if…
- you work with founders, SMEs or investors and want a reliable partner;
- you write clearly and keep your deadlines;
- you are at ease with remote work and agreements in writing.
It’s not for you if…
- you expect a commission on capital raised: we don’t take or share success fees;
- you want a large company with fixed roles and a long benefits list;
- you want to sell investments to the public.

When there are, we publish them on this page. Today we work mainly with partners and independent professionals.
How does a partnership work?
Each one is agreed in writing: who does what, how clients are introduced and how the work is paid. We never take or share commissions on capital raised.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. We are based in Milan and work with people in several countries. English is our common working language.
What happens to the data I send?
We use it only to assess a possible collaboration. If we don’t start working together, we delete it within 12 months. Details are in our privacy policy.
