Who we are

This website (adaxit.com) is operated by Cassio Thiengo, who runs the Adaxit brand from Milan, Italy. He is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach him at info@adaxit.com.

What data we collect and why

  • Contact and proposal requests. Through the form on the Contact page we collect your name, email, company, website, role, company stage, goal, a link to your deck if you choose to share it, and your message. We use them to reply, to assess whether and how we can help and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Investor readiness test. The test runs in your browser: your answers reach us only if you ask for the full diagnosis by email. In that case we collect your answers, the resulting score, your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send you the diagnosis and, if you then contact us, to prepare our conversation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Newsletter, launch list and early access. We collect your email address and, for the launch list, the product you are interested in, to send you what you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Technical and security data. When you submit a form we store the time of your consent and a pseudonymised, truncated hash of your IP address, and we use your IP address for up to one hour to limit abusive submissions. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and being able to prove consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Visit statistics. We count visits with our own counter, which runs on this website. It keeps only daily totals: pages viewed, the website you came from (domain only), the language of the page and the type of device (desktop, mobile or tablet). It uses no cookies or similar technologies, stores no IP addresses and cannot identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Email and WhatsApp. If you write to us, we process the data you send in order to reply. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and may involve transfers outside the EU.

We do not sell your data. The test score is calculated automatically from your answers, only to show you the result; it has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and we do not use your data for any other automated decision-making or for profiling.

Who can access your data

Your data is stored in our website database and mailbox, hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., which acts as our data processor. We may share it with professional advisers bound by confidentiality, such as accountants or lawyers, or with public authorities when the law requires it. We share your materials with investors or partners only with your explicit agreement, under a written mandate.

International transfers

We do not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. If a provider we use processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Contact requests and test results: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless an engagement follows; in that case we keep what is needed for the engagement and for the periods required by law, for example for tax records.
  • Newsletter and lists: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Rate-limiting data: one hour. Visit statistics: anonymous totals only, with no personal data. Server logs: according to the hosting provider’s retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. To exercise your rights, write to info@adaxit.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
